Membership Agreement in the Stadium Cinemas "VIP" Club

I fully understand that I will be notified by email when a particular film becomes available for a discount as a member of the Stadium Cinemas “VIP” Club. This notification will come via an email newsletter which will be sent weekly on Thursday afternoons showing both eligible movies and current first run releases not yet available for the discount, but are available for online purchase. VIP membership discounts must be done at the theater box office.

I agree that to maintain my membership in the club, I must continue to receive the weekly newsletter. Sometimes there may be a special email sent advertising members of special midnight showings or advance ticket sale offers. Opting out of the email newsletter voids my membership and my discounts will be discontinued to be offered.

I fully agree that I am the only person eligible to use my membership card for a discount. If my friends or family want to get the discount offer they must apply for their own membership and use their specific card. Each card is valid only for the person to whom it is issued. I agree that if I offer my card or permit another person to use my card, that my membership may be cancelled. In order to receive the discount I must present my membership card to the cashier who will then swipe my card, which then adjust the price of my admission. I understand that without the card the cashier cannot obtain the discount admission. When swiped the card also gives the cashier my full name and I may be asked to give my name or show proof of identification. Even though I cannot let another person use my membership card, I can use the card to watch several movies within the same day.

I agree that I must first present my membership card when purchasing a ticket, membership cards presented after a ticket has been issued will not be honored to adjust the admission price. I understand that if I forget to bring and present my membership card to the box office cashier I am not eligible for the discount.

I fully understand that as a member none of my personal information will be sold or given to any other organization for solicitation purposes.

I fully understand the VIP price may be increased due to rising cost of operating the cinema, but that the discount is still cheaper than paying the full admission price, I shall be notified when an increase in the club price occurs. If I should use the VIP card to see a 3D movie, I am expected to pay the 3D up charge in addition to the membership club price.

I understand that if I damage or lose my membership card I can simply apply online for a card replacement.
